Does the Quran provide exceptions to wearing the hijab?
It is very clear that the Qur’an provides a few exceptions to Muslim women. For example, they need not conceal themselves from their husbands and they have the option not to wear hijab in front of their fathers and brothers. In addition, they are not responsible for uncontrollable factors like the wind blowing off the scarf, etc.
